High-efficiency SOX low-pressure sodium lamps achieve a luminous efficacy of up to 178 lm/W. After ignition, the sodium vapor in the glass tube emits monochromatic yellow light with a wavelength of 590 nm. This lamp offers high levels of safety and reliability particularly in maritime applications.
